John Cho joined Fox’s television adaptation of The Exorcist as Andrew Kim, a former child psychologist who runs a foster home.

The role gave Cho another major television part following Selfie and his continuing work as Sulu.

John Cho starred opposite Karen Gillan in ABC’s romantic comedy series Selfie, playing marketing executive Henry Higgs.

The series was inspired by George Bernard Shaw’s Pygmalion and followed the relationship between Henry and social-media personality Eliza Dooley.
